Sweet smoky pork tacos"
Ingredients
Pork shoulder/butt roast
Salt and pepper
1 can coca cola
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 drop liquid smoke
4 whole, peeled garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup diced red onion
Lime wedges
Corn tortillas (steamed to be pliable)
Hot sauce (optional: cholula)
Instructions
Season roast with salt and pepper, add to slow cooker. Add in cola, milk, smoke, garlic, and bay leaf. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. When done, shred with two forks. Serve in warm corn tortillas with cilantro, red onion, lime and your favorite hot sauce.
