Cheddar Cheesy Baked Potato Soup


Potatoes (couple large ones)
Cream (a cup or 2 but better to taste & add more if you want too)
Cheddar Cheese (at least a cup or more, depending on how cheesy you like it)
Bacon (optional)


Cook potatoes in the microwaves until soft (peeling optional). Add shredded cheddar cheese and cream to pot until melted and blend with potatoes. (I use my immersion blender). Add bacon to top.
