Veggie Soup/ Stew

" This is a hearty soup which can be made into a think stew using less water"

Ingredients

2 vegetable bouillon cubes plus water- generally 2-3 cups
1 12 oz can V8
1 large (softball size)turnip, peeled
1 large sweet potato, peeled
1/2 lb mini carrots
can of lima beans
can of plain corn
can of green beans
Any other veg you like

Instructions

In crock pot place bouillon, V8, carrots, and diced turnips. Cook 4 hours or until turnips are cooked. Mash turnips with masher or ricer. Return to crock pot with all remaining ingredients and cook on high about 4 hours or until sweet potatoes are done.
