1 med bag of frozen broccoli
1 med onion
1 tbsp EVOO
1.5-2 cups sharp cheese (based on taste)
1 tbsp cornstarch or flour
4 cans chicken broth
1 c milk
1 clove garlic (you can add more garlic for taste)
Chop onion and garlic and sauté until onion is clear in the tbsp EVOO. (about 4 min)
When onion and garlic are done add cornstarch or flour to thicken it.
Pour in chicken broth and milk and let simmer for 20 min.
After simmering add cheese and simmer for another 5 min.
Eat and enjoy.
