2 Cups all purpose flour
1 Cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
1 Large egg
1 teaspoon orange zest
3/4 cup orange with pulp
1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
1/3 cup Pistachio Nuts (Coarsely chopped)
1. Preheat Oven to 350, Combine first 6 Ingredients in food processor, pulse 12 times or until mixture looks like coarse meal, transfer to large bowl.
2. Whisk together egg, orange zest and OJ, add to flour mixture, stirring until combined, fold in craisins and pistachios. Pour into a Crisco greased 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan
3. Bake for 60 -70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack in pan for 15 minutes, remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely.
