Cheese Ball
"
My Mom began making this in the 1950's or 1960's after getting the recipe from a friend. I don't know where the recipe originated, but I suspect it was probably on a Kraft brand cheese package at some point. Last year I won second place in a recipe contest sponsererd by the local paper with this recipe. The Old English cheese is normally sold in the same area as other shelf stable cheeses."

Ingredients
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 package (about 5 oz.) blue cheese, any variety
2 jars (5 oz.) Kraft brand Old English Cheese
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Instructions
Allow all cheeses to come to room temperature. Combine the cheeses in a bowl, blending well. Divide in half, forming a ball with each half. Roll each ball in the chopped pecans and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers.
