2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1 8 oz. container Crescent Rolls
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup orange juice
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
Preheat the oven to 350° F
Wrap each apple quarter in a piece of crescent roll dough. Place in a baking dish large enough to hold the pieces without crowding.
Add orange juice and butter to a saucepan and begin heating. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and add to the saucepan. Bring the orange juice, butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture to a boil. Mix well and remove from the heat.
Pour over the dough-wrapped apples and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or just until the dough beings to brown well.
