Ingredients
1/2-shortening
3 TBSP.-sugar
1 TBSP.-cream
1/2 tsp.-almond extract
1 c.-sifted flour
1/4 tsp.-salt
1c.-chopped pecans
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a Cuisinart. Roll into 1 inch balls. place on parchment paper. cook until slightly brown on the bottom. When removed from oven roll in confectioners sugar. May roll more than once. Very tasty!
