Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken


2 lbs chicken
8 oz can crushed pineapple
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp ginger


1. In a crock pot, mix all ingredients leaving chicken out. Stir well.
2. Add chicken. Cook until chicken is tender. (high 4-5 hours, low 6-8 hours)
3. Stir 2-3 times during cooking time to make sure chicken is covered in the sauce.
4. Serve with rice or pasta.
