6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows
3 tablespoons butter
1 large vanilla bean, split, insides scraped out
Melt marshmallows and butter together in a pot until smooth (it helps to spray the spoon you’re mixing with with cooking spray to keep everything from sticking to it). Add scraped vanilla bean and stir to combine. Remove from heat and add cereal. Stir until fully coated.
Press into a greased 9×13 pan. Add sprinkles on top and press lightly. Set aside to cool. Cut pieces using a star shaped cookie cutter and serve.
