Chicken breast

Red skinned potatoes, chopped you can peel or not whatever your preference

1 cup celery, chopped

1 onion, chopped


2% Velvetta Cheese



Parsley Flakes


Boil chicken in water until almost done. Add celery, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is done then remove chicken. Cut into small pieces and return to pot. Add potatoes and cook until soft. Add chicken stock if you get it to thick and if it’s too thin add instant potatoes until it thickens up for you. Right before serving, add Velvetta cheese to taste. Stir check for seasoning.
