Cheesy Sausage Dip
"
Amount of ingredients can easily be modified. Use 16 ozs Velveeta if want a thicker dip. Use 32 oz Velveeta for more of a cheesier flavor. Can also easily double the cream cheese for a lighter dip. This is a modification of a lot of different versions of this dip. I have not found this particular combination anywhere, but it probably exists."
Ingredients
8 oz Sausage (Hot or mild to taste)
16 or 32 oz Velveeta Cheese
16 oz Cream Cheese
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 can No Bean Chili
Tortilla Chips
Instructions
Cube cheeses and put tomatoes and chili in slow cooker pot on high. Brown sausage. Add sausage to slow cooker when fully browned. Stir frequently. When all ingredients are fully heated and texture is consistent, put temperature on warm to keep it heated.
