Aunti's Spicy Lemon Italian Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1/4 Cup White vinegat
3 Tbsp water
1 Package Zesty Italian Dressing Packet
1/4 Cup Meyer Lemon Olive oil
1/4 Cup Chili Olive Oil
Instructions
Pour vinegar into a bowl or cruet. Add water and Italian dressing packet to the vinegar. Cover and shake vigorously. Add equal amounts of flavored olive oil. You can vary the taste between lemony and spicy by changing the ratio of meyer lemon olive oil and chili olive oil. Shake again and chill.
