Baked Omelet

" Wonderful make ahead egg dish for Breakfast or Brunch. Serve with fresh fruit and rolls."

Ingredients


3 cup milk

10 eggs

9 slices white bread,cubed

1 tsp. salt

1 lb. sausage, sliced & browned

8 oz. fresh mushrooms

1/2 red pepper, cut into strips

2 1/2 cup Chopped cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

In blender, beat together milk, eggs, and salt. Fold mushrooms, browned sausage, red pepper strips and cheese into egg mixture. Pour egg mixture into 9x5 inch glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight. It is IMPORTANT to refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until brown and bubbly on top).
