1 can small shrimp (drain any moisture)
1 package (8 0z) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon finely grated onion
Check shrimp for pieces of shell. Mix the softened cream cheese with the teaspoon horseradish. Add enough mayonnaise for easy spreading, add the grated onion. Mix in the can of shrimp, blending all ingredients. Serve with crackers, or large corn chips.
