1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup walnuts or almonds
1 8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup powdered Sugar
2 small pkg. Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 cup milk
Blend butter and flour, and then press into a 13 x 9 pan. Press nuts into top of crust. Bake at 350 ° for 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
1st Layer: Mix together 1-8 oz. cream cheese, 1-9 oz. Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.
2nd Layer: Combine together 2 small pkg. instant Chocolate puddings with 3 cup milk. Blend smooth.
3rd Layer: 12 oz. Cool Whip spread over top, sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts or put chocolate shavings from chocolate bar or chocolate syrup on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
