8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup diced celery
8 oz red hot buffalo sauce
2 cup cooked, diced chicken (canned ok!)
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, divided
Mix cream cheese, celery, buffalo sauce; microwave until cream cheese is melted; stir every few minutes; add chicken and 1/2 cup cheddar; stir; pour into 8 X 8 or 9 x 9 glass dish; top with 1/2 cup cheddar; bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
