Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
2-3 cups of shredded cooked chicken breasts (I like mine meatier)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
HEAT oven to 350°F. Soak shredded chicken in wing sauce for 1-2 hours - the longer, the spicier. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth. Layer soaked chicken on top of cream cheese. Pour blue cheese dressing over chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 20 min or until cheese is slightly golden. Serve with Tostidos Scoops.
