Best BBQ Rub


16 oz Seasoned Salt
2 Tbs White Pepper
3/4 cup Chile powder
1/2 cup Paprika
1 Tbs Onion Poder
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
2 Tbs Ground Muatard
1 Tbs Ground Ginger
1 Tbs Ground Cloves
1 Tbs Ground Nutmeg
2 Tbs Ground Celery Seeds
1 cup Brown Sugar (optional)


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Rub liberally on roast. Let it sit for 2 Hrs before cooking. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 2 months.
