1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. whole dried basil
Instructions
Mix salt, sugar, garlic, onion powder, paprika and lemon juice together. Then add pepper, olive oil, and basil. Rub on whole chicken, inside and under skin. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
