Sweet & Spicy Rib Rub


Pork spice rub

Ingredients

1/2 cup golden brown sugar
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon dried ginger
dash of cayenne powder (to taste)
pinch of dry red pepper flakes (to taste)


Instructions

Add all ingredients to Cuisinart mini prep food processor and pulse 5-6 times or until well blended.

rub a generous amount onto both sides of a 3 pound (approx)pork rib rack.Put meat on a lightly oiled rack in a roasting pan and cover and roast at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Also delicious on pork tenderloin, bone in roasts and even chops!
