½ tablespoon whole coriander
½ tablespoon dill seed
2 teaspoons ancho chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1. Put all spices into a Cuisinart® Spice Grinder. Pulse about 10 to 12 times to chop and blend.
2. Use as desired. Store remaining rub in an airtight container in a dry, cool place.
