Organic Cabbage Soup

Healthy, low calorie soup"


2 Tablespoons of Organic Olive oil
Kuzu Root
(mix 4 tablespoons of cold water with 2 tablespoons of kuzu root and a tablespoon of organic Soy sauce)
2 cups of Organic Green Beans (fresh if in season or frozen)
1 medium head of cabbage cut up
2 medium Organic onions diced
1/4 lb of Organic chicken cubed
3 Organic carrots
1 cup of Organic celery
10-12 cups of water
sea salt and pepper to taste


Sauté onions and chicken approximately 5-7 minutes.
Add Kuzu root mix.
Add 10-12-cups of water bring to a boil.
Transfer to a crock pot (slow cooker) add the vegetables
Cook 1-2 hrs.
