Ingredients
Salt pork(6oz.)
olive oil
10-red potatoes unpeeled cooked
10-yukon gold potatoes unpeeled cooked
2-finely chopped red onions
1- bunch celery chopped
2 heads baked garlic
1/2 gal. whole milk
1-51oz.can (undrained) Doxsee (by:Snows)
chopped clams w/NO MSG
Texas Pete (hot sauce)
1TBLS. nutmeg-whole (to grate on top)
FairBanks (sherry)
Instructions
Heat 1 TBLS olive oil in a heavy pot on med.
Add salt pork & celery. Simmer 10-min.
Next smash up the potatoes (not too much ) leave some chunky.
Next add all the rest. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 30min. Never Boil!
Grate the nutmeg on top
