Chili Boule

Chili in bread boule--quick & easy"


4lbs. bison or turkey ground meat
chopped red onion
1 can rotel w/ green chilies
2 (28oz) cans Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Lime & Cilantro
2 cans cannellini beans
2 cans red beans
1 can black beans
2Tbs. olive oil
1 bag Carroll Shelbys, (chili kit)
1 small block of any good dark chocolate


In a large heavy pot add olive oil on medium low . Add the ground meat & onion--brown (Do not drain). Next add all the rest of the ingredients,simmer on LOW for 2 hours, or longer the longer it simmers the deeper the flavor. Do Not Boil-simmer
