South Bend Oyster Stew

“
This is a quick and traditional stew loved in the Pacific Northwest."
Ingredients
1 (10oz. jar of small oysters) cut in serving pieces
1 Tblsp spoon butter or margarine or corn oil
Salt and pepper – optional to taste
1 Pint of Milk, (whole, 2%, etc)
Instructions
Put ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a medium heat. Do not boil. Set of of burner.
Let the oysters and liquid of oysters brew for a while then add 1 pint of milk, (whole, 2%, etc.)
Heat and serve.
