Quick Mulligatawny SoupUser Submitted Recipe
2 cans vegetable soup
1 cup applesauce
1.5 cups diced cooked chicken
1 t curry powder
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t clove
3 cups chicken broth
Puree the soup and applesauce. Add spices, broth and chicken. Simmer until chicken is heated well, and serve with a scoop of rice and crusty bread.
