Tasty hamburger Soup

Ingredients

2 lbs. lean ground chuck
2 large cans or plastic containers of V-8 or tomato juice
3 large peeled,chopped carrots
3 stalks of celery, chopped
2 onions chopped
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 bag of frozen french style green beans of large can drained
1 can of drained mushroom, or fresh sliced
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Basil
salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

Using a large soup pot begin by browning the ground beef. Drain if fat appears. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on stove top for at least 1 hour. Serve with Italian bread or Rye Bread.
