Taco Soup

Warms the body on a cold winter’s day."


2 Lb. Ground meat (I use 1 Lb. of Hamburger and 1 Lb. of Tennessee Pride Country Sausage, MILD)
OR (1 Lb. of Hamburger and 1 Lb. of Ground Lamb)
Salt, Pepper or any Seasonings you prefer.
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can corn (drained)
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Kidney beans
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Pkg. Ranch Dressing (Dry Mix)
1 1/2 cups water


Brown Meat w/onion & Seasonings, drain.
Mix in with all other ingredients, Simmer for at least 30 minutes. The more you simmer the better it is.
