Cauliflower Soup


Enough for 7 Batches
1 1/2 Cauliflower Cooked
1 1/2 Onions Large Cut In Thin Layers
2 Sticks Of Butter

Ingredients Per Batch
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 Cup Of Skim Milk
1 Cup Of Water
2 Tbls Of All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Tsp Tony’s
(A Pinch Of Parsley)
Add With Onion And Cauliflower Mix


Cut onions very thin melt butter add onions and sauté, add cooked cauliflower and sauté together for about 20 minutes on low heat

Heat milk and water until just starting to steam add to blender add rest of ingredients (except parsley) and blend for 7 minutes. Add 2 nice size spoons full’s of cauliflower and onion mix and a pinch of parsley mix for about 30 seconds
