White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

2 cans White Shoe Peg Corn
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Black Beans
2 cans Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Cooked Chicken or 2-4 Cooked Chicken Breasts (Diced)
1 can Rotelle Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 Large Onion (Diced)
1 Envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

Preparation: Combine all ingredients and heat. Stove top: 20-30 minutes; Crock pot: 2-4 hours
Extras: Serve with Tortilla Chips, Sour Cream and Shredded Cheese
-Texture is very thick. Add Chicken Stock for a "thinner" chili.
-For more of a "kick" add 2 cans of Rotelle or Diced Jalapenos.
-Freezes well. Combine ingredients and do not heat before placing in the freezer.
