1-2 (skinned) Cloves of garlic (not more than 2!)
14 Ounces of clear chicken broth (usual can volume/size)
1 Small package (4 ounces) of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of curry powder (not hot-spicy)


Put all of the ingredients (in no particular order) into your Cuisinart blender or food processor and blend at the highest velocity for about 90 seconds or until smooth whichever is first occurring. Serve in parfait-like glassware.

It makes about 4 five-ounce servings.
