Cold Cucumber Soup Appetizer

Ingredients

1. Two 8-inch cucumbers. Cut into 1/2" chunks
2. Two tablespoons butter
3. 1/4 cup chopped onion
4. Four cups chicken bouillon
5. One tsp vinegar
6. 1/2 tsp dillweed seed


Instructions

1. Boil ingredients for 20 minutes
2. Put into Cuisinart Blender, blend/puree in Cuisinart Blender, and refrigerate until served
3. When serving, add One tablespoon of milk or sour cream and a thin slice of cucumber on top
