2 cans Black beans
1 1/2 cups Chicken broth
1 lb Tilapia, Small 1 1/2" pieces
Minced garlic
Chopped cilantro
Salt & pepper
Red pepper flakes


Put two cans black beans,1 1/2 cups chicken broth and garlic in a pot. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 lb Tilapia and the rest of ingredients cook for 15 minutes or until fish is white. Put in a serving dish and garnish with a dab of sour cream, cilantro and a sprinkle of cumin.
