Turkey & Bean Chili


2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 small onion, minced
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 cans red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 bag frozen corn
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp. Williams chili seasoning


1. Add olive oil to dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper to pot; cook until onion begins to brown. Add ground turkey; cook until browned.

2. Add beans, chili seasoning, corn and crushed tomatoes to pot; bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer. (At this point, you can serve or keep on stove simmering for a few hours.)
