Wonton SoupUser Submitted Recipe
Boil 2 large cans of chicken stock with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and a quarter cup of soy sauce.
In a large bowl pour in 2 pounds of ground turkey, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, grate about 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, a teaspoon of ground fresh garlic, about 2 scallions and an egg white. Mix well.
place a cup of water on the counter so you can wet your wonton shells. Take each wonton shell and wet it so it sticks. Fill each wonton with the turkey mixture, read directions on how to close the shell. As you make each shell place it in the pot of boiling stock, lower the flame to med-low, once all of your wontons are in the stock boil for about 8 minutes, add your package of fresh spinach at end and 1 can of water chestnuts, turn off flame. pour about 4-5 shells with broth into bowls and top with fresh scallions and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!
