Judy's Soup"


1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 15 oz. can Minestrone Soup
1 15 oz. can Ranch Style Beans
1 15 oz. can mixed vegetables
1 can Rotel Tomatoes


In a 2 qt. Dutch Oven, saute onion.
Mix beef with onion, cook until done.
Add remaining ingredients, do not drain.
Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes.
