5 Bean Soup

Easy High fiber, low fat soup. Serve with a piece of garlic bread and a salad. A meal in a bowl."

Ingredients

1 lb. carrots cleaned and chopped
5 sticks celery chopped
2 lbs. lentils rinsed
1 30 oz. can black beans rinsed
2 15 1/4 kidney beans rinsed
2 15 oz. pinto beans rinsed
2 15 oz. white beans rinsed
12 14 oz. cans chicken broth (fat free, low salt)


Instructions

put all ingredients in a 12 quart pot and a bring to a boil. Turn to low or simmer and cook until lentils are soft.
