Corn Chowder

A simple chowder that experiences no "leftovers""


2 Medium Potatoes
1 Onion
1 Can Cream-style Corn
1 C Carnation Milk

2 slices cooked bacon


Boil the potatoes and the onion in a small amount of water. When tender, chop all and add to the Corn and Milk. You may wish to use a double boiler as this can scorch very easily. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with cooked, diced bacon. You may double or triple for larger amounts. The guys love it on a cold afternoon/evening.
