8-10 Sliced Red Potatoes
1 Bag shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped Green Onions
Chopped Ham 1 pkg
Chopped Bacon about 2 cups
Chop Red potatoes into bite size pieces and set aside to boil.
On the side fry the chopped green onions, ham, bacon and butter together till well blended.
Once potatoes are done, add the ingredients from the pan, plus the spices to taste.
Add milk, butter, enough flour to thicken, and water till you fill the pan as high as you want it.
Boil till thick and well blended, let cool, then serve with garlic bread.
