Veggie 'n Rice SoupUser Submitted Recipe
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
4 cubes Knorr chicken bouillon
3/4 c. carrots slice to bite size
3/4 c. yellow or green strings beans sliced bite size
3/4 c. broccoli
Florets, sliced to bite size
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Cook rice as directed in small pot
Cook chicken bouillon as directed in large pot
Add chopped veggies to chicken bouillon broth, cook on medium heat until veggies are soft/cooked
Add cooked rice to large pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes
Add fresh chopped dill to soup 5 minutes before serving
**for best results use filtered water in rice and chicken broth, wash veggies with veggie wash product & use organic when possible.
