Baked Rice

45 Minutes and Fast to make. I pour chili on top, it is so good."


1-cup regular rice
2-Tbsp. butter or margarine
1-tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups of boiling water


Put rice in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Add butter or margarine, salt & boiling water.
Cover & bake 350°F for about 45 min.
Note:can double, also you can use boiling chicken stock.
