Coleslaw - fat-free!
1 head of cabbage finely shredded
2 carrots, shredded
2 tsp dried or fresh onion (minced)
1 bell pepper, any color, finely minced
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning or 1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup yellow mustard
A few dashes hot sauce
Combine sauce ingredient and whisk. Pour over the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
