Pineapple Casserole


1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons flour
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans chunk pineapple drained
1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed and halved
1 stick butter melted


Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13 x 9 pan. Stir together flour and sugar. Add in cheese, pineapple and half of crushed Ritz. Stir together and add to prepared pan. Pour remaining crushed crackers on top of dish, followed by the melted butter. Bake 25 minutes.
