Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1½ pounds asparagus, trimmed
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

Toss the asparagus with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Line the basket with foil. Place the seasoned asparagus in the lined basket – be sure that the foil is full lining the bottom of the basket (where the spears stand) so the asparagus does not fall out during cooking.
Place in the Cuisinart® Vertical Rotisserie and set the temperature to 450°F. Set the timer to 10 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
