Chicken & Shell SaladUser Submitted Recipe
8 oz. of cooked small shell pasta
1/2 red pepper, chopped/diced
1/2 green pepper, chopped/diced
1/2 red onion, chopped/diced
1 cup chopped cooked chicken, white or dark or used canned chicken
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/2 teas white pepper
1/4 teas coriander
3/4 teas salt
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise/salad dressing
1/4 cup onion flavored salad dressing
Cook noodles according to package. Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 3 hours so it is thoroughly chilled before serving.
