Paula's Acorn Squash with Crab

Ingredients

2 baked acorn squash
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon red chili powder
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup crab meat
Can be made ahead of serving time and frozen. Add crab to the soup at the very end of heating up.


Instructions

Run baked acorn squash thru a blender with chicken broth
Add red chili powder
Add heavy cream
Add crab meat before serving

Can be made ahead of serving time and frozen. Add crab to the soup at the very end of heating up.
