Scallop Potatoes & Ham

This is our family's favorite. I use it for a side at cook outs or for a main coarse at home with salad. So easy and so delicious."


3lbs red potatoes, peeled,sliced
1 1/2 C. ham, cut up small
3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup


Pre-heat oven 350. Using a 9 x 13 pan,layer potatoes first,then a layer of ham, then a layer of 1 1/2 C. of cheese. Repeat layers. Then frost top with the soup leaving no holes. Cover, bake for 1 hour. Keep warm till serving time.
