Honey Spiced Corn


Corn on the Cob Honey Spice Glaze
“ This clingy sauce adds a great spicy flavor to sweet summer corn."

Ingredients

2 T Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 T Shallot, finely diced
1 T Honey
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste
4 Ears of Corn


Instructions

Mix together all ingredients and spread on corn just before serving.
Tastes best with grilled corn on the cob.
