Orzo Tuna Salad


Orzo (pasta) tuna salad

2 tomatoes, rinsed and diced
1 cucumber, rinsed and diced
1/2 Vidalia onion, peeled and diced
3 sticks string cheese (mozzarella), sliced
3/4 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 teaspoons Salad Supreme
1/3 cup Kraft Light Italian dressing
1/2 box (1 lb) of orzo pasta boiled, rinsed, drained
2 cans tuna, drained


Place tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella and onion in medium sized bowl. Stir in olive oil, Supreme, and Italian dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Stir in orzo pasta, prepared per packaged directions and tuna. May also need to added 1-2 tablespoons additional Italian dressing. Refrigerate 2-3 more hours or until ready to serve
